RID respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.
This Privacy Policy explains how RID collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the RID mobile application, website, and related services.

1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use RID, we may collect the following categories of information.
Account Information
When you create or use an RID account, we may collect:

- profile picture where provided;
- account identifiers;
- login provider information.
RID may allow users to sign in using third-party authentication services such as Google.
2. Google Sign-In and Authentication
RID may use Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication to authenticate users.
When you sign in using Google, information made available through your Google account may include:
- your name;
- email address;
- profile image;
- Google account identifier.
RID does not receive or store your Google account password.
Additional account information, such as a telephone number, may be requested separately to complete your RID profile.
3. Location Information
RID requires location information to provide transportation-related services.
Depending on your permissions and how you use the Platform, we may collect or process:
- current location;
- pickup location;
- destination;
- trip route;
- approximate or precise device location;
- location information during an active ride.
Location information may be used to:
- identify your pickup point;
- find nearby drivers;
- connect you with a driver;

RID will request the device permissions required to access location information.
You may revoke location permission through your device settings, but certain RID features may then stop functioning correctly.

When you request or complete a ride, we may collect:
- pickup and destination locations;
- requested ride category;
- assigned driver information;
- vehicle information;
- booking time;
- ride start and completion time;
- route information;
- distance;
- duration;
- fare;
- cancellation information;

- ratings and feedback.
This information is used to provide and manage transportation services.

RID may support cash, electronic payments, digital wallets, or third-party payment gateways.

RID should not store full payment card numbers or sensitive banking credentials unless expressly required and handled through an approved secure payment provider.

Depending on the Firebase services enabled in RID, Google may process certain technical or personal information as necessary to provide those services.
Firebase Authentication may process information including email addresses, telephone numbers, IP addresses, and user-agent information.
Some Firebase services may process or store data outside Syria.

RID does not sell users' personal information.

When required to complete a ride, the assigned driver may receive information such as:
- your name;
- pickup location;

- ride-related information.
Service Providers
RID may use third parties that provide services such as:
- hosting;
- authentication;

- payment processing;
- notifications;
- technical monitoring;

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services, subject to their applicable terms and agreements.
Legal and Safety Requirements

11. Google Maps and Location Services
RID may use Google Maps Platform or other mapping services to provide maps, navigation, geocoding, route calculation, and location-related features.
Use of these services may result in certain technical and location-related information being processed by the relevant mapping provider.
Google Maps Platform usage is subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

RID retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for:

RID transportation services are not intended to allow children who are not legally capable of creating an account to independently enter into a service agreement.
Where a minor uses RID, such use should occur in accordance with applicable law and under the responsibility or authorization of a parent, guardian, or legally responsible adult where required.

The RID website may use cookies or similar technologies where necessary for:
